【摘要】 目的 探讨葛根素+金纳多注射液联合治疗突发性耳聋的疗效。 方法 184例患者随机分为两组，对照组用低分子右旋糖酐治疗。葛根素+金纳多联合为治疗组，均以15天为1个疗程。 结果 治疗组与对照组比较，治疗组突发性耳聋及耳鸣、眩晕等并发症改善更显著(P<0.05)。 结论 葛根素+金纳多注射液治疗突发性耳聋有显著疗效，安全、无副作用。
