【摘要】 目的 观察笑气吸入在人工流产中的效果。 方法 150例人工流产患者根据年龄、婚育史、孕产史进行分类，均用笑气吸入。 结果 笑气吸入同一般人工流产患者相比，患者疼痛减轻，甚至不感到疼痛。 结论 人工流产配合笑气吸入，患者出现人工流产综合反应的甚少。【关键词】 笑气吸入 人工流产 观察
