【摘要】 目的 为探讨9例后尿道并直肠损伤诊治方法。 方法 报告9例损伤经置导尿管和直肠指检确诊，主张积极彻底清创，尿道吻合加膀胱造瘘，直肠损伤尽量行一期修补术。 结果 9例术后3周拔除导尿管，定期尿道扩张，8例排尿通畅，尿线粗治愈。1例并发尿道直肠瘘，半年后行尿道直肠瘘口修补治愈。1例遗留阳痿，2年后自愈。 结论 关键是抗休克，早期彻底清创，无张力尿道吻合加膀胱造瘘，直肠一期修补及防止术后感染。
