【摘要】 1993年6月以来，我们收治8例骨巨细胞瘤患者，男7例，女1例，年龄19～61岁，平均31.2岁，受累部位:桡骨2例，股骨4例，胫骨1例，肱骨1例。疼痛与肿胀为主要症状，8例均行手术治疗。本文通过8例报告，详述该病临床特征及与其它含巨细胞骨病损的肿瘤鉴别，探讨诊断标准和治疗方法。

    【Abstract】 Since June1993，6cases of ginat cell tumor of Bone(GCT)were treated.There were seven males and one females.The age ranged from19to61with an averge of31.2years.Severe pain and swelling were the most common symptoms，8patients were treated by ablative surgery.The giant cell tumor of bone of clinic features and dis-tinguishing other include giant cell tumor acrossing eight reports reached diagnosis standard and treatmeat.
