【摘要】 目的 探讨丙泊酚用于无痛人流麻醉和手术的效果。 方法 将我院2004年8～11月自愿要求终止妊娠的300例早孕妇女，随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组在人流手术中采用丙泊酚进行镇痛麻醉，对照组采用常规局部镇痛麻醉。 结果 试验组和对照组疼痛缓解分别为146例和5例，人流综合征分别为0例和128例，宫口松弛分别为56例和4例，这三项指标两组比较P<0.05，差异有显著性;试验组和对照组术中出血量>30ml分别为143例和142例，P>0.05，差异无显著性。 结论 丙泊酚应用于人工流产手术是一种效果好且安全可行的麻醉方法。
