【摘要】 目的 探讨监测中心静脉压(CVP)在机械通气患者中的应用价值。 方法 在35例机械通气患者中，测定在不同水平的呼气末正压(PEEP)时的CVP值，并进行相关性分析。 结果 CVP值随着PEEP值的增加而升高，二者呈显著性正相关，r=0.992。 结论 虽然机械通气患者的CVP受PEEP的影响，但监测CVP及观察CVP的动态变化趋势，仍然有助于对血容量的估计和指导机械通气患者的液体治疗。
