【摘要】 目的 探讨体外短波热疗联合抗生素、α受体阻滞剂对慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效。 方法 选择慢性前列腺炎48例，应用体外短波热疗联合左氧氟沙星片、马沙尼口服等综合治疗，疗程4周。按照美国国立卫生研究所(NIH)制定的前列腺炎症状评分标准(CPSI)和前列腺液常规(EPS)指标变化结果评估疗效。 结果 全组平均随访6.8个月。治愈16.7%，显效35.4%，有效29.2%，无效18.7%，总有效率81.3%。 结论 体外短波热疗联合抗生素、α受体阻滞剂对慢性前列腺炎有较好的疗效。
