【摘要】 目的 探讨中西医结合治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的新方法与作用机制。 方法 采用中西医结合、内外合治的六联疗法对股骨头缺血性坏死148例进行综合治疗;参考95丹东成人股骨头缺血性坏死疗效评价标准及曾氏报道综合治疗评价标准;并于治疗前及治疗后8周，对94例患者进行血液流变学、血脂的检测。 结果 本疗法总有效率为97.3%。全血粘度、甘油三酯、总胆固醇，治疗前后差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。 结论 中西医结合、内外合治的六联疗法，可以降低血脂、改善血流循环，促进股骨头坏死骨的修复与再生。本疗法可行。
