【摘要】 目的 观察以玄驹和冬虫夏草为主要成分的中药复方制剂抗疲劳等药效作用，进一步选择并确定最佳用药剂量。 方法 将昆明雄性小鼠192只随机分为16组，灌胃给药(对照组灌胃蒸馏水)4周后，分别进行持续游泳、8000m以上高空低压缺氧及跳台实验。 结果 各给药组游泳时间和高空耐缺氧时间均比正常对照组延长，跳台错误次数均比模型对照组明显减少。综合各项试验结果，复方玄草高剂量组更为理想，最终选择了该配方制成玄草健神片。 结论 玄草健神片具有较好的抗疲劳、耐缺氧和改善学习记忆功能的作用。
