【摘要】 目的 泥鳅有机提取物对小鼠脏器的抗氧化作用。

    方法 应用食品功效学实验中小鼠组织中过氧化脂质含量、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力测定的方法。

    结果 泥鳅有机提取物实验组小白鼠的肝、肾脏器谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和超氧化物歧化酶的活性高于对照组;各脏器的丙二醛(MDA)的含量低于对照组。

    结论 泥鳅有机提取物具有一定的抗氧化作用，并提示可能具有延缓衰老作用。
