【摘要】 目的 探讨Ⅱ、Ⅲ期股骨头缺血性坏死的治疗方法。 方法 本组对53例(66侧)Ⅱ、Ⅲ期股骨头缺血性坏死的病人进行了病灶刮除植骨手术。 结果 平均随访3.6年，多数患者对所选择的治疗方法满意，治疗效果优良，疼痛症状明显减轻或消失，髋关节功能明显改善或接近正常。 结论 对成人股骨头缺血性坏死的病人，选择Ⅱ、Ⅲ期的病例进行病灶刮除植骨手术是值得提倡的。

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the method of treatment ofⅡ，Ⅲstage of avascular necrosis of the femoral head.Methods 53patients(66cases)withⅡ，Ⅲstage of avascular necrosis of the femoral head were treated by clearance of focal lesion plus bone grafting.Results Average follow-up time was3years and6months.Most patients were satisfied with the therapeutic outcome.The joint pain and range of movement(ROM)showed sig-nificant improvement.Conclusion Selection for the indication of avascular necrosis of the femoral head was of im-portance to the therapeutic outcome. ......
