【摘要】 目的 观察大鼠局灶脑缺血外周血中性粒细胞黏附分子CD11b的变化及脑梗通对CD11b表达的影响。 方法 采用血管内拴线阻断法建立右侧大脑中动脉局灶性脑缺血(MCAO)模型，应用流式细胞术检测脑缺血后不同时相外周血中性粒细胞CD11b的表达。 结果 大鼠MCAO后4h、24h CD11b表达明显升高(P<0.01);脑梗通能明显有效抑制两时相CD11b的表达(P<0.05、P<0.01)。 结论 脑缺血后黏附分子表达增加是脑缺血损伤的重要机制之一，脑梗通口服液能有效抑制CD11b的表达，可能是其治疗急性脑梗塞的重要药理机制之一。

    Effect of naogengtong on the expression of neutrophil adhesion molecule CD11b in rat after regional cerebral ischemia

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of Naogengtong on the level of rat neutrophil adhesion molecule CD11b and the changes of CD11b after the regional cerebral ischemia.Methods The regional cerebral ischemia model of right middle cerebral artery obstruction(MCAO)was established by using intravascular ligation.The level of neutrophil CD11b in postischemic brain was observed in different phases by using flow cytometry.Results The level of rat CD11b increased significantly at4hours and24hours after middle cerebral artery obstruction(P<0.01).The level of CD11b at both phases decreased significantly in Naogengtong group(P<0.05 ......
