【摘要】 目的 总结应用输尿管镜治疗结石梗阻性肾积脓的经验。 方法 对输尿管结石梗阻性肾积脓患者行输尿管镜检查、气压弹道碎石、取石及留置双J管治疗。 结果 20例患者，17例1次取净结石，3例术后1～2周后经体外震波碎石(ESWL)治愈。无明显并发症。 结论 应用输尿管镜治疗结石梗阻性肾积脓疗效好、创伤小、安全可靠，可作为该病的主要治疗方法。
