【摘要】 目的 肝纤维化是一切慢性肝病的共同病理学基础，是慢性肝炎向肝硬化发展的必经阶段。肝纤维化是可逆性病变 [1] ，而肝硬化则不可逆转。因此，控制肝纤维化对于预防肝硬化具有非常重要的临床意义。肝纤维化在中医属于“肝积”范畴，鉴于前辈医家提出“养正积自除”的理论，笔者就中医使用扶正益气培本的方法治疗肝纤维化优势及其前景展开探讨。

    【Abstract】 Objective Hepatic fibrosis is as same pathologic base as all chronic hepatitis，and it is the only phase of chronic hepatitis to hepatocirrhosis.Hepatic fibrosis may be reversed，but hepatocirrhosis can not be reversed.It is a very important clinical meaning to dominate Hepatic fibrosis about guarding against hepatocirrhosis hereby.Hep-atic fibrosis is apart of“liver amasser”in the category of TCM.Whereas father doctors advanced that amasser can be get rid of by the way of“maintaining positive matter”，to probe into the advantage and foreground of curing hepatic fi-brosis by the ways of FUZheng of TCM. ......
