【摘要】 目的 探讨恶性肿瘤病人血清肿瘤特异性生长因子(TSGF)的水平及临床意义。 方法 应用TSGF快速检测试剂盒检测恶性肿瘤病人血清样本中的TSGF含量。 结果 恶性肿瘤病人血清中TSGF含量明显高于健康人(P<0.01);恶性肿瘤病人放、化疗有效者，TSGF含量较治疗前明显下降(P<0.01);恶性肿瘤病人放、化疗后恶化者，TSGF含量较治疗前明显上升(P<0.01)。 结论 TSGF检测对恶性肿瘤病人的诊断和预后判断具有重要价值。
