【摘要】 目的 探讨针灸治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎的治疗效果。 方法 运用中医辨证分型、采用针刺、艾灸，配合捏脊对慢性溃疡性结肠炎进行治疗。 结果 50例中基本治愈37例，占74%，显效10例，占20%，有效2例，占0.4%，无效1例，占2%，总有效率为98%。 结论 运用中医辨证分型，针灸治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎，疗效肯定。
