肠球菌的种类及其耐药性分析

【摘要】 目的 了解我院肠球菌种类及对其耐药情况进行分析。 方法 用法国梅里埃公司生产的全自动细菌分析仪Vitek-32进行鉴定和药敏试验。 结果 188株肠球菌中以粪肠球菌和屎肠球菌为主共182占总数的96.8%,其中粪肠球菌154株占81.91%,屎肠球菌28株占14.89%。屎肠球菌对环丙沙星、左旋氧氟沙星等喹诺酮类,青霉素,呋喃坦啶,高浓度氨基糖苷类(链霉素2000和庆大霉素500)药物的耐药率明显高于粪肠球菌,而对四环素的耐药率则低于粪肠球菌。未检出对万古霉素耐药的菌株。高浓度庆大霉素耐药株对青霉素、环丙沙星、呋喃坦啶、左旋氧氟沙星、链霉素2000的耐药率明显高于高浓度庆大霉素非耐药株。 结论 临床对肠球菌的检测应达到种的水平,还应检测高浓度庆大霉素的耐药性用以指导临床合理选择抗生素进行治疗。关键词 肠球菌 粪肠球菌 屎肠球菌 种类 耐药性
