【摘要】 目的 探讨乌体林斯注射液加化疗药物治疗老年肺结核。 方法 乌体林斯加化疗药物治疗老年肺结核42例，以单纯化疗药物治疗组38例作为对照，观察乌体林斯对于老年肺结核病人疗效情况。 结果 乌体林斯加化疗组治疗1个月、3个月后，症状改善率、痰菌阴转率、病灶改善率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论 乌体林斯(作为一种免疫调节剂)对治疗老年肺结核有比较重要的作用。
