【摘要】 目的 探讨重症肌无力(MG)危象患者拮抗呼吸机的临床处理。 方法 以1%异丙酚按1～1.5mg/kg静脉注射控制呼吸机拮抗，继以2～4ml/h静脉滴注维持镇静。 结果 所有患者均能良好耐受呼吸机治疗，血氧饱和度明显上升，血pH值好转。 结论 采用新型全麻药异丙酚治疗人对抗辅助呼吸安全有效，不延长脱机时间和住院时间。
