【摘要】 目的 了解年龄、性别与血脂的关系。方法 按常规检查362例教师和公务员血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(HDL-C)水平。结果 男性血脂水平相对稳定，各年龄组血脂差异无显著性。23～40岁女性的TC、TG明显低于41～86岁女性。23～40岁男性的TC、TG水平明显高于女性，41～60岁女性TC水平明显高于男性，23～86岁女性的HDL-C水平明显高于男性。结论 男性一生中血脂水平相对稳定。增龄在女性血脂水平变化中的作用不同。
