【摘要】 目的 应用自制神经束内电极采集家兔坐骨神经感觉信号以探索更多获取周围神经信息的方法。方法 用显微外科操作技术将直径60μm的95%铂、5%铱合金表面绝缘的金属丝直接插入家兔坐骨神经一神经束中作为记录电极。以神经束外一直微电极作参考电极，远端连接肌电图仪。家兔第一趾脱毛后置2个环状表面电极刺激，记录神经束电信号。结果 神经束内电极可以记录到周围神经的电信号。10只后肢中7只均稳定导出电信号，经分析已导出的电信号波形具有感觉神经动作电位特征。结论 神经束内电极可获取家兔坐骨神经感觉信号。

    The experimental study on harvesting information of sensory nerve with intrafascicular electrodes

    【Abstract】 Objective Sensory recordings were made in sciatic nerve of rabbits with self-made intrafascicular electrodes to discover more methods on harvesting information of peripheral nerve. Methods Recording electrode fabricated from external insulated wire 60μmin diameter(95%Pt-5%Ir alloy)，was implanted directly by microsurgery technique into the fascicle of the sciatic nerve of rabbit.
