【摘要】 目的 观察定痛汤配合针刺治疗纤维肌痛综合征的疗效。方法 口服定痛汤，每日2次，每次150ml;配合针刺压痛点，每日1次，强刺激留针20min。与口服阿米替林组作比较。结果 定痛汤配合针刺临床有效率明显优于阿米替林组(P<0.05)。结论 定痛汤配合痛点针刺治疗纤维肌痛综合征有明显疗效。

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect of the DingTongtang combined with acupuncture to treat the fibrositis syndrome.Methods Take the medince of Ding Tongtang，twice per day.and150ml at a time;stab the ache position with acupuncture whose intension is heavy，holding the needle for20minutes and one time every day.This group is compared with Amitriptyline.Results The treatment group’s clinical validity is better than that of conˉtrol group markedly(P<0.05).Conclusion The way of combining the medince of Ding Tongtang with acupuncture which is made to treat the fibrositis syndrome is effective remarkably.Key words fibrositis syndrome Ding Tongtang acupuncture
