【摘要】 目的 探讨治疗肩锁关节脱位和锁骨远端骨折的新方法。方法 运用锁骨钩钢板(Clavicular Hook Plate)对急性TossyⅢ型肩锁关节脱位和NeerⅡ型锁骨远端骨折病人进行切开复位内固定手术。结果 所有患者术后无需外固定保护，早期功能锻炼，经随访肩锁关节间隙正常，骨折均愈合良好，肩关节无活动障碍。结论 锁骨钩钢板是治疗TossyⅢ型肩锁关节脱位和NeerⅡ型锁骨远端骨折的一种较好的手术方法。
