【摘要】 目的 探讨宫血宁口服给药后机体止血作用机制。方法 凝血酶检测(APTT，PT，TT)、血小板生成及血小板聚集功能实验。结果 给予宫血宁治疗后，APTT、PT和TT没有明显改变，血小板数量增加，聚集功能增强。结论 宫血宁不影响凝血因子的生成或功能，宫血宁对血小板数量和聚集功能的影响是其发挥止血作用的基础。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the hemostatic mechanism of Gongxuening after oral administration.Methods The activity of thrombin was evaluated with Activated Partial Thromboplastin Time(APTT)，Prothrombin Time(PT)and thrombin time(TT).Thrombopoiesis and platelet aggregation was also analyzed.ResultsAPTT，PT and TT didn’t change obviously after animals were orally administrated with Gongxuening，while the number and the aggregation ability of platelets both increased significantly.Conclusion Gougxuening doesn’t affect the generationand function of coagulation factors ......
