【摘要】 目的 探讨吸毒病人合并金黄色葡萄球菌(金葡菌)性败血症的临床表现特点和诊治。方法 对9例病人进行临床资料分析。结果 本组病人均有静脉注射毒品史。临床表现为金葡菌败血症肺部症状表现突出，细菌耐药性明显。结论 临床有静脉滥用药物史、败血症表现，必须考虑金黄色葡萄球菌性败血症的可能。

    【Abstract】 Objective To resarch the clinical manefestation，diagnosis and treatmeat of drug abuse patients with auriferous staphylococcal septicemia.Methods Clinical data analysis was made to9drug abuse patients.Results This group of patients all have the history of intravenous drug abuse.They all have the manefestation of auriferous staphylococcal septicemia and their pulmonic symptom is obvious.they all have serious drug resistency.Conclusion When the patients have intravenous drug abuse history and have the manifestation of septicemia.We should think about the possibility of auriferous staphylococcal septiemia. ......
