【摘要】 目的 研究老年女性2型糖尿病患者骨密度与糖尿病病程、体重指数(BMI)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb 1 AC)、空腹C肽及餐后2h C肽水平的关系。方法 老年女性2型糖尿病人共40例，按骨密度测定值分为骨质疏松组(20例)、非骨质疏松组(20例)。计算病程、BMI，测定HbA 1 C、空腹C肽、餐后2h C肽。结果 两组比较病程、HbA 1 C无差异且与骨密度之间无关。非骨质疏松组的BMI与C肽值明显高于骨质疏松组，且与骨密度之间存在正相关。结论 老年女性2型糖尿病患者维持较好的β细胞功能及适当的体重将有益于骨骼的健康。
