【摘要】 目的 分析微球囊压迫术(PMG)治疗三叉神经痛的常见临床并发症。方法 对本组采用PMC方法治疗421例三叉神经痛患者的临床资料进行分析。结果 术后大多数患者出现面部不同程度的感觉减退，症状3～6个月内消失。感觉减退伴有感觉异常占4.5%。角膜溃疡发生1例，一过性外展神经麻痹发生4例，症状于1～3周内缓解。大约半数患者术后出现同侧咀嚼无力并于1～2个月内恢复。结论 PMC的主要并发症是一定程度的感觉减退。感觉减退区域出现感觉异常、角膜炎以及出血性并发症并不多见。不断地技术改进可以减少并发症的发生。

    【Abstract】 Objective To analyses the common complications of percutaneous microcompression for trigeminal neuralgia. Methods 421 cases of trigeminal neuralgia treated by percutaneous microcompression(PMC)were analyzed.
