【摘要】 目的 提高CT对外伤性脾破裂的诊断价值。方法 回顾性分析30例外伤性脾破裂的CT表现和手术记录。29例平扫，1例直接增强扫描。结果 脾实质密度不均27例;脾包膜下血肿25例(其中2例不伴脾实质密度不均，但未作增强扫描);腹腔积血22例;并发症11例;2例CT显示脾蒂异常;1例CT平扫阴性(未做增强扫描)。结论 (1)腹部急性外伤时，CT增强扫描应作为常规检查;(2)脾蒂应作为CT观察的一项重要内容。
