【摘要】 目的 研究羟丙基-β-环糊精(HP-β-CD)在葛根素冻干粉针剂处方工艺中的应用。方法 用正交试验法对葛根素与羟丙基-β-环糊精的包合工艺进行考察并与现行制备工艺进行比较，并用高效液相色谱法对其包合物进行含量测定。结果 葛根素与羟丙基-β-环糊精的最佳包合工艺为:在葛根素和HP-β-CD比例为1:6，包合温度为40℃，包合时间为40min条件下的葛根素水溶性最佳，其含量最高。结论 葛根素包合后水溶化，为制剂生产提供依据。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the application of Hydroxypropyl-β-Cyclod extrin in the recipe and manufacturing technique of lyophilized Puerarin for injection. Methods Orthogonal design was used to investigate the preparation technique of inclusion compound of Puerarin and Hydroxypropyl-β-Cyclodextrin.
