【摘要】 目的 探讨初诊Graves病患者心理社会因素与疾病的联系。方法 对62例Graves病患者和62例健康人进行心理社会方面的病例对照研究。结果 Graves病组焦虑、抑郁情绪明显高于对照组，差异有显著性(P<0.01)。所获社会支持较少，表现为对客观的支持少和对社会支持的利用程度不够，生活事件高于对照组，尤其是负性生活事件明显高于对照组，差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论 初诊Graves病患者与心理社会因素明显相关，在进行药物治疗时应注意心理社会干预。
