【摘要】 目的 研究讨论参脉注射液对急性化脓性梗阻性胆管炎(AOSC)的治疗效果。方法 对本院1991～2003年间收治的急性化脓性梗阻性胆管炎的患者用参脉注射液治疗的132例和未用参脉注射液行中西医结合治疗的115例患者治疗方法和效果进行分析。结果 用参脉注射液治疗的患者其并发症发生率、病死率与未用参脉注射液治疗的患者相比均有明显下降(P<0.05)。结论 参脉注射液有改善微循环的作用，有利于急性化脓性梗阻性胆管炎的患者的转归。
