【摘要】 目的 观察经皮注射自体骨髓加异体骨移植治疗骨囊肿的疗效。方法 对6例单房性骨囊肿在C臂X线机监视下经皮穿刺抽尽囊液后注入自体骨髓和异体骨粉。结果 随访8～11个月，6例X线片示骨囊肿囊腔骨化，骨愈合满意，未见并发症发生。结论 经皮注射自体骨髓加异体骨移植治疗单房性骨囊肿是一种简单、微创、疗效确切的方法。
