【摘要】 目的 探讨血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor，VEGF)及CD34在子宫内膜异位症患者在位及异位内膜组织中的表达及其与微血管密度(microvessel density MVD)的关系。方法 应用免疫组化S-P法检测30份在位内膜，30份异位内膜组织中的VEGF、CD34的表达及微血管密度，以15份正常子宫内膜组织作为对照组。结果 异位内膜腺上皮细胞VEGF组织学评分明显高于在位内膜组织(P<0.05)，二者皆明显高于正常对照组，差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。VEGF表达与MVD有显著正相关性。在位内膜组织中的VEGF和MVD有周期性变化，而异位内膜无周期性变化。结论 内异症的发生及发展可能与VEGF促进微血管形成有重要关系。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression of VEGF(vascular endothelial growth factor，VEGF)and CD34in eutopic and ectopic endometrium of patients with endometriosis and relationship between VEGF and microvascular density(MVD).Methods Thirty specimens of eutopic endometrium，thirty ectopic endometrium，fifteen normal human endometrium was stained with VEGF、CD34by immunohistochemistry method.Results The VEGF H-score of glanˉdular epithelium cell in ectopic endometrium were higher than that of eutopic endometrim(P<0.05).Both were reˉmarkebly increased than that of normal endometrium(P<0.01).There were related between VEGF and MVD.VEGF and MVD in ectopic endometrium showed no cyclic change.Conclusion There may be relationship between the deˉvelopment of endometriosis and VEGF through stimulating angiogenesis. ......
