    ´ð(Áõΰ): I think the vascular remolding takes place at early pregnancy and reachs the peak at mid pregnancy £Ÿabout 20w to 28w£ . The impediment of vascular remolding in PIH probably also takes place at early pregnancy. So we use this scoring UARS to predict PIH at 24w to 25w gestation. I believe that UARS at that time represents the degree of the vascular remolding throughout the gestation. We can't use UARS to predict PIH at late pregnancy because at this time the majority of PIH cases maybe have already developed the disease.
