摘要
目的: 探讨轮状病毒(RV)肠炎患儿发生病毒血症与七种微量元素的关系.

方法: 对60例轮状病毒肠炎患儿分取血浆及外周血单个核细胞，用套式RT-PCR检测RV双链RNA，采用电感耦合高频等离子发射光谱法，检测肠炎患儿血清锌、铁、铜、铅、钙、锰、镁七种微量元素水平，比较病毒血症阴性者与阳性者，病毒血症阳性者与正常对照组之间微量元素水平的差异.
结果: 60例患儿中，55例外周血检测RV双链RNA阴性，5例阳性.5例阳性者锌、钙、锰全部低于正常范围，其中4例铜低于正常范围，4例铅高于正常范围，铁、镁均正常范围.
结论: 推测多种微量元素水平异常可能是导致RV 全身扩散的诱发因素之一.
