【摘要】 目的 探讨苦参素联合促肝细胞生长素治疗重型肝炎的疗效及不良反应。 方法 选择重型肝炎患者130例，随机分成治疗组65例，在综合治疗基础上给予苦参素600mg/d，im，同时加用促肝细胞生长素120mg+10%GS250ml，ivgtt qd，疗程为3个月，治疗2个疗程;对照组65例，采用常规基础治疗。 结果 疗程结束时，治疗组在临床症状以及肝功能的改善方面均优于对照组，治疗组的存活率为69.6%，而对照组的存活率为46.3%，二者差异有显著性(P<0.05)，未见严重的药物不良反应。 结论 苦参素联合促肝细胞生长素治疗重型肝炎，安全有效，值得在临床推广应用。
