【摘要】 目的 介绍老年性前庭神经炎的特点。 方法 对11例老年人前庭神经炎病例进行回顾分析。 结果 老年人前庭神经炎患者多无前驱症状，但常有脑卒中危险因素及轻度感音神经性耳聋，而前庭功能减退更明显;部分患者症状与TIA相似，但TCD无明显缺血指征。 结论 对老年人眩晕患者应做全面检查，综合分析以免误诊。

    【Abstract】 Objective The report is to present this main clinical features of the senile vestibular neuritis.Methods Retrospective study the cases in11aged patients with vestibular neuritis.Results The aged patients with vestibular neuritis most have not heralded syndrome，but always present stroke risk factors and mild sensorineural hear-ing loss，whereas，the exact TCD of ICD is obscurity，when some patient syndrome similar to TIAs.Conclusion The patient with senile dizziness must take general examination and to be carefully study for eternal diagnosis.
