【摘要】 目的 评价整体护理在手术室应用的实施效果。 方法 将整体护理运用于术前访视、术中护理及术后随访中，并探讨其效果。 结果 患者的焦虑、恐惧感明显降低，医患纠纷明显减少，医护合作好。 结论 整体护理程序在手术室实施受到医生和患者的欢迎。

    Measure for changing nursing model in operation room

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of the holistic nursing care in operation theatre.Methods Holistic nursing care is implemented during the time of pre-operative interview，intra-operative care and post-op-erative interview，and the effect is evaluated.Results Obviously，anxiety and fear of the patients which caused by the operation are released，the rate of the quarrels between the patients and the OR nurses are decreased，and the nurses cooperated with the surgeons very well.Conclusion Holistic nursing care are welcomed by both of the sur-geons and the patients.
