【摘要】 目的 观察血脂康胶囊治疗18例急性冠状动脉综合征患者4周后血清细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)等水平的变化，以了解短期服用血脂康胶囊治疗对斑块稳定性的影响。 方法 33例急性冠状动脉综合征患者随机分为常规治疗组(未服用血脂康胶囊，15例)和服用血脂康胶囊组(2粒，3次/d，18例)治疗，测定治疗前后患者血清ICAM-1水平的变化。 结果 服用血脂康胶囊组治疗后血清ICAM-1水平降低22.8%，与治疗前比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。 结论 急性冠状动脉综合征早期予服用血脂康胶囊治疗，可明显降低血清ICAM-1的水平，可能具有一定的增加斑块稳定性的作用。
