【摘要】 目的 观察得舒特、普洛拜尔联合治疗肠易激综合征的疗效及毒副反应。 方法 144例肠易激综合征患者随机分为3组，3组病例具有可比性，治疗组50例，予得舒特50mg，每日3次，普乐拜尔4片，每日3次;单用普乐拜尔组46例，口服得舒特50mg，每日3次;单用普乐拜尔组48例，口服普乐拜尔4片，每日3次。治疗4周后3组进行疗效比较。 结果 治疗组总有效率94%，单用得舒特组总有效率80.4%，单用普乐拜尔组总有效率75%，治疗组与对照组比较，差异有显著性(P<0.05)，单用得舒特组总有效率与单用普乐拜尔组相比，差异无显著性。3组患者均未发现明显的不良反应。 结论 得舒特、普乐拜尔联合治疗肠易激综合征有较好疗效，毒副作用小，值得临床医师应用。

    Observation of IBS curative effect with pinaverium bromide and pulebaier

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect，poisonous effect and side effect of IBS therapy with Pinaverium Bromide and Pulebaier.Methods 144IBS patients were divided into three groups that were comparable randomly.50patients in the first group were given Pinaverium Bromide50mg three times a day and Pulebaier4tablets three times a day;46patients in the second group were given Pinaverium Bromide50mg three times a day only;48patients in the third group were given Pulebaier4tablets three times a day only.We compared the three groups after four weeks therapy.Results General effective ratio in the first group was94%and that in the second group was80.4%and that in the third group was75%.The effect of the first group was better than the other two groups(p<0.05).The difference of effect between the second group and the third group was not obvious.Bad effect did not exist in the three groups.Conclusion it is good for doctors to use Pinaverium Bromide together with in IBS thera;y be-cause of its little poisonous effect and side effect. ......
