【摘要】 目的 研究上皮型钙粘素(E-cad)、基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)在子宫内膜癌中的表达，探讨其表达与子宫内膜癌发生的相关性。 方法 应用免疫组化SP染色检测30例子宫内膜癌、16例对照组子宫内膜E-cad、MMP-2的表达。 结果 E-cad在子宫内膜癌组中的表达显著低于对照组(P<0.01);MMP-2在子宫内膜癌组中的表达显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。 结论 E-cad、MMP-2的异常表达可能与子宫内膜癌的发生有关。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression of E-cad and MMP-2in endometrial carcinoma and to ex-plore the correlation between them.Methods Immunohistochemical S-P method was employed to detect the expres-sion of E-cad and MMP-2in30specimens of endometrial carcinoma and16specimens of normal endometrium.Re-sults The expression of E-cad in endometrial carcinoma were significantly lower than those of normal endometrium(P<0.01).The expression of MMP-2in endometrial carcinoma were significantly higher than those of normal en-dometrium(P<0.01).Conclusion The abnormal expression of E-cad and MMP-2might be correlated with the pathogenesis of human endometrial carcinoma. ......
