【摘要】 目的 总结重症监护病房非发酵糖细菌的分布和耐药性情况，以指导临床合理使用抗生素。 方法 选取2003～2004年我院ICU住院病人中分离出的非发酵糖细菌菌株为研究对象，对其分布和药物敏感结果进行回顾性分析。 结果 (1)分离出致病菌415株，非发酵糖细菌211株，其中铜绿假单胞菌109株(51.7%)，鲍曼不动杆菌65株(30.8%)，嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌22株(10.4%)，洋葱伯克霍尔德菌10株(4.7%)，产碱杆菌属5株(2.4%)。(2)铜绿假单胞菌、鲍曼不动杆菌对亚胺培南耐药率最低(分别为96.8%和95.3%)，嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌对头孢他啶敏感率最高(86.4%)，洋葱伯克霍尔德菌对环丙沙星、哌拉西林耐药率最低(0/10)。结论 (1)ICU感染致病菌以非发酵糖细菌为主。(2)非发酵糖细菌中不同菌属对不同抗生素敏感。
