【摘要】 目的 研究血清催乳素(PRL)水平的检测对口腔鳞癌的临床价值及其意义。 方法 采用RIA检测了79例健康者和68例口腔鳞癌患者血清PRL水平。 结果 有38.2%(26/68)的口腔鳞癌患者血清PRL水平明显升高(P<0.01);在男女性别、病变部位、临床分期及组织学分级之间高PRL血症的发生率差异无显著性(P>0.05);高PRL血症患者的PRL水平与男女性别、病变部位、临床分期及组织学分级之间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。 结论 部分口腔鳞癌患者存在高PRL血症且可能与口腔鳞癌的发生发展有关。
