【摘要】 目的 总结我院7例右位心的诊治经验。 方法 7例右位心病人中男3例，女4例，平均9.7岁。内脏反位5例，其中4例心内畸形均为心房、心室间隔缺损，另1例为法乐四联症+肺动脉闭锁;内脏正常位2例，男女各1例，主要畸形分别为单心房+完全肺静脉畸形引流+心内膜垫缺损、大动脉转位+肺动脉狭窄。诊断主要依据胸部X线平片、心电图(ECG)、腹部B超、超声心动图(UCG)，3例复杂畸形患者行心导管检查。手术5例，4例为心间隔缺损修补，另1例为单心房分隔+心内膜垫缺损修补术。 结果 早年手术1例术后早期死于播散性血管内凝血，其余4例手术均痊愈出院。随访5个月～16年，心功能(NYHA)均Ⅰ级。复查超声心动图显示无残余心内分流。 结论 对右位心患者应准确了解合并心脏畸形的类型，选择相应的手术方式。
