【摘要】 目的 观察不同剂量的黄芪对猫正常血压的影响。 方法 采用麻醉动物血压测定法:静脉给予不同剂量的黄芪，观察其对猫正常血压的影响。 结果 股静脉注射5%、10%、15%黄芪煎剂引起血压的升高(P<0.01)，35%、40%、80%黄芪煎剂引起血压的降低(P<0.01)，并且呈剂量相关效应。 结论 小剂量黄芪升压，大剂量黄芪降压。

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the influence of different doses of astragalus in cats.Methods Use the method of anesthesia animal to measure blood pressure.Cats were intraperitoneal administered40%urethane1ml/kg to anesthesia.Then insert the arterial catheter full with heparin saline into carotid for measure blood pressure and in-sert transfusion needle with transfusion system into femoral vein for injection.Then cats were intravenous injected physiological saline，5%，10%，15%，35%，40%，80%astragalus，physiological saline in order.Last observe and write the blood pressure.Results 5%，10%15%astragalus can sharply ascend the blood pressure.35% ......
