【摘要】 目的 探讨丙戊酸钠缓释片(德巴金)与奥卡西平对躁狂症的维持治疗效果和不良反应。 方法 对出院时达到临床治愈程度的病人随机分为德巴金组和奥卡西平组，定期门诊观察6个月，进行对照研究。 结果 观察期间两组量表评分结果相似，差异无显著性，两组BRMS减分率分别为10.8±9.5;11.7±10.2，(t=0.251，P>0.05)，表明两药对躁狂症的维持治疗效果相仿。两组不良反应发生经Wilcoxon检验(Z=0.236，P>0.05)，差异无显著性。 结论 德巴金和奥卡西平均可作为锂盐的替代药物，是一种有效的心境稳定剂。
