【摘要】 目的 探讨原发性肺隐球菌的CT诊断。 方法 回顾分析了7例经病理证实的原发性肺隐球菌的CT表现，并结合文献复习进行讨论。 结果 7例病灶均位于肺外围胸膜下，1例表现为胸膜下不规则块状影，1例表现为类圆形块状影，2例多发结节，3例单发结节。2例见腺泡结节及小叶中心结节，1例见裂隙样空洞。 结论 原发性肺隐球菌病以单发或多发肺内胸膜下周围性结节最多见，结节大小不等，形态不规则，可有空洞。
