【摘要】 目的 评估彩色多普勒超声检查是否有助于早期急性阑尾炎的诊断，是否有助于鉴别在二维图像上不能用阑尾大小来确定的急性阑尾炎和正常阑尾。 方法 回顾性分析157例临床疑为急性阑尾炎患者术前彩色多普勒超声检查表现。 结果 20例阑尾壁未见彩色多普勒血流信号，131例均可见，6例未见明显彩色多普勒血流信号。 结论 早期急性阑尾炎在阑尾壁上均可见代表充血的彩色多普勒血流信号，表明彩色多普勒超声检查有助于早期急性阑尾炎的诊断，有助于鉴别在二维图像上不能用阑尾大小来确定的急性阑尾炎和正常阑尾。

    Retrospective study on color Doppler ultrasonography in acute appendicitis

    【Abstract】 Objective To assess whether color Doppler ultrasonography can help diagnose early acute appen-dicitis and identify early acute appendicitis and a normal appendix when the appendix shows equivocal size at gray-scale ultrasonography.Methods Preoperative color Doppler ultrasonography examinations were studied retrospectively in157patients clinically suspected of having acute appendicitis.Results 20cases had no color Doppler sign in the wall of the appendix.The131cases had color Doppler signals in the wall of the appendix.There were not color Doppler signals in the wall of the appendix of the remaining6patients.Conclusion Early acute appendicitis had col-or Doppler signals that represented hyperemia in the wall of the appendix.It suggested that color Doppler ultrasonogra-phy examination is helpful in the diagnosis of early acute appendicitis and in the differentiation between early acute ap-pendicitis and a normal appendix when the appendix shows equivocal size at gray-scale ultrasonography. ......
