【摘要】 目的 观察电脉冲刺激神经干对脑中风偏瘫的疗效及安全性。 方法 随机抽取60例病例分成2组:治疗组和对照组。对照组接受常规药物治疗，治疗组接受药物和电脉冲穴位刺激神经干治疗，随后对2组进行临床对比观察。 结果 治疗组总的好转率90.0%，对照组总的好转率70.0%。两组对比P<0.05，两组差异有显著性。 结论 电脉冲穴位刺激神经干治疗疗法具有更好的疗效，且是安全的，对神经干无损害。同时推测电脉冲刺激神经干能消除神经细胞休克现象及促进神经细胞功能重组。
