【摘要】 目的 观察鸿宝心脑康胶囊对异丙肾上腺素(isoproterenol，ISO)引起的心肌损伤以及随后的离体心肌缺血再灌注损伤的影响。 方法 参考Rone等 [1] ISO所致心肌损伤方法复制心肌缺血模型，测定血清中LDH、CAT活性及血小板的聚集性;随后采用Langendroff离体心脏灌流装置，测定心肌匀浆中LDH、CAT活性以及MDA的含量。 结果 鸿宝心脑康胶囊能够降低ISO所致心肌损伤时血清中LDH含量和血小板的聚集性，提高血清中CAT的活性;以及能够提高再灌注损伤心肌组织中CAT的活性和减少MDA的生成。 结论 鸿宝心脑康胶囊对缺血和发生再灌注损伤的心肌均有保护作用，其作用机制可能与提高氧自由基清除酶活性，抑制脂质过氧化反应，以及改善微循环有关。
